Administrator - Marketing Team!

Our client, who design and manufacture a wide range of medical equipment, is looking for a Marketing Administrator to support the marketing team.

Reporting to the Office Manager and PA to Marketing Director, the successful candidate will be methodical, organised and possess strong IT skills.

Our client offers excellent benefits including 25 days holiday rising to 27 after 5 years, pension scheme, private health care and free parking.

Duties include

  • Monitoring and informing marketing department of marketing literature stock
  • Providing marketing administrative support
  • Assisting Marketers
  • Supporting Marketing Director
  • Liaising with external groups regarding design, quotations, deadlines, reprints etc.
  • Data analysis using Excel
  • Direct mail support
  • Journal and magazine management
  • Raising purchase orders and invoice processing and coding
  • Meeting organisation
  • Exhibition co-ordination and record keeping of budget
  • Support in the management of both internal and external product launches
  • Supporting Marketing with study days
  • Taking actions/minutes at meetings
  • Ad hoc reception cover


  • Reliable and enthusiastic
  • Previous administration experience ideally in a marketing team
  • Excellent MS Office IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minute taking would be desirable but not essential
