Administrator: Payroll Department

Our client, based close to the station in Wokingham require a focused and proactive individual to help provide the background checks and administration for the company's weekly payroll process.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Calculation mileages between locations to ensure accurate reporting of mileage
  • Checking and verifying timesheets to ensure accurate reporting of hours worked
  • Providing timely and accurate reporting in order to ensure swift payroll processing
  • Providing administrative support to other departments as and when, including Sales and Accounts

Key skills and experience:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Payroll knowledge useful but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
  • Ability to manage a busy workload with tight deadlines and to work unsupervised when required

This role is offered on a 2 to 3 month basis with the option to continue, depending on workload.
