My client are currently recruiting for an experienced Admissions Officer, who has experience of schools and CAS experience.

The role is full time, permanent working 42 weeks per year, 35 - 40 hours per week.

The role will consist of a lot of paperwork, coordination with parents from UK and overseas and cooperation with colleagues.

Key responsibilities:
- To handle all enquiries from prospective parents and educational agents via website and phone and follow up in a timely manner
- Provide information and advice to applicants on Admissions from first enquiry through to their first day at school
- Log details of all prospective parents and students onto schoolbase to build a database of potential students
- Maintain accurate and up to date paper and electronic files for prospective students including an accurate record of the status of individual applications

Key skills:
- High proficiency in English both written and spoken
- Experience within a customer-centric, administration process is an advantage or having worked within a service delivery sector
- Education admission experience is desirable
- Familiar with all major business applications (Microsoft Office etc) is essential
- Self-motivated and adaptable
