Afternoon and Evening shifts - Customer Support Co-ordinator

Shift Times:

Jan - Aug (excluding Bank Holidays):

Sunday 7pm - Midnight (no break) Mon - Thurs: 2pm - 10:30pm (1hr break)

Sept -Dec and Bank Holidays

Sunday 4.30pm - Midnight (30min break) Mon - Thursday 2.30pm - 10.30pm (1 hr break)

This role is for someone who is looking for afternoon and evening, full time hours. You will be responsible in providing professional, efficient and effective support service to the customer services department.

Key responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer queries, complaints, deliveries
  • Processing orders via online and telephone with 100% accuracy
  • Raising returns & credits
  • Processing bespoke orders
  • Up-selling promotional / short dated and new products on inbound calls
  • General administration duties related to the Customer Services Department.
  • Confirming invoices on EDI platforms
  • Any other ad hoc duties requested by the Customer Services Manager

Key skills:

  • Previous customer service experience essential
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Previous experience of SAP beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to prioritise workloads
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
