Assistant Contract Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who's head office based in Slough, however this role is based at a site the company manager in Egham, for a Assistant Contracts Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone with management or supervisory experience, to join a friendly team in a progressive and growing organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Quality monitoring, ensuring all operational requirements are met
  • Liaising with sub-contractors
  • Recruitment, training and performance management
  • Motivate teams
  • Be pro-active in both client or staff issues
  • Budget management
  • Responsible for maintaining Health and Safety systems
  • Compliance with all company systems, procedures and work practices

Key skills:

  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Experience of managing teams, schedules, HR issues and budgets
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Positive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience in the contract cleaning industry would be beneficial
