Our client is a an independant, multi-award winning medical aesthetic clinic based near Slough. They are looking for an experienced Bookings Co-Ordinator/ Front of House Supervisor to schedule patients appointments and assist with general office and FOH duties.

The role is offering a competitive salary with varied office hours-

Monday-Friday 8.30am-6.00pm

One late eveing until 8pm

1-2 Saturdays per month - 8.30am-5.00pm

To be considered for the role you must have management experience, ideally within a clinical or medical industry

Key responsabilities:

- Answering all incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner

- Supervising team, ensuring clinic runs smoothly

- Scheduling patient appointments

- Liase with the practitioners daily regarding their diaries

- Manage patients expectations, notifiying them of any delays or excessive waits

- Cancelling and rescheduling appointments as necessary

- Attend FOH meetings and any other meetings required

- Cover the main duties of the FOH Manager in their absence

- Work in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Cosmetic Skin Clinic
