Bookings Officer

Our client are based in Iver, are seeking a Bookings coordinator, where you will be responsible for the providing customer service support, administrative assistance, greet and direct visitors, respond to calls and emails.

In order to be suitable for this role, you will need to be a driver as the offices are not easily accessible via public transport. Also the working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 1pm - 8pm, and 1 in every 3 Saturdays where you would then take a day of during the week.


Key responsibilities:
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls, including taking messages for colleagues and handling tenant queries
- Check occupancy's
- Deal with register enquiries
- Prompt sales to promote rooms ready to let
- Assist with invoicing enquiries
- Administration
- Take out of hours calls both emergency and bookings
- Preparing daily availability
- Acting as the first point of contact for tenants and councils, providing a responsive service
- Ensuring health and safety measures and other compliance procedures are followed
- Accurately update the system records in a timely manner

Key skills:
- Previous booking experience
- Good organisation skills
- Administration experience
- Flexibility
- Interpersonal and communication skills is essential
