Our client, a dynamic, fast-growing software business founded in 2011, is looking for an outstanding individual to support them to deliver the right solution to professional service industry companies (primarily Wealth Management, Accountancy and Law firms).

The Business Development Manager's key focus will be generating new business opportunities and managing the client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody looking for a role with excellent career development and progression within a company that has a proven track record, market validation and huge growth opportunities.

The role is based in Amersham (Buckinghamshire) and will involve traveling.

Salary: £30,000-35,000 per annum (based on experience)
Commission: 10% of year 1 subscription fees on new business
Benefits: Pension Scheme and Employee Share Scheme
Holiday: 25 Days

Responsibilities:
* Calling prospects to arrange online or face to face meetings
* Deliver product presentations and live system demonstrations
* Converting prospects into clients
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

Key Skills
* Proven success in business development and/or relationship management
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Proven success of delivering results in-line with business objectives
* Experience in selling to the UK Wealth Management sector and/or other professional services, would be advantageous
* Experience and knowledge of the IT/software sector, would be advantageous
