Our client, a recognised global headhunting organisation with clients all over the world, is looking for a confident and organised Business Operations Executive Assistant to join their team in Marlow. The successful candidate will be accountable for managing the organisational and operational day to day running of all arrangements and project co-ordination in support of their internal colleagues and clients on behalf of the MD.

This role is client facing, and is a key contributor to their business success across the world.

Candidates with a background in recruitment (but don't want to work in sales role any longer), PA, EA, or Project Co-ordination would be ideal.

The hours are Monday to Thursday 9am - 6pm and 9am - 5pm Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working in support of internal teams with administration and management needs
  • Liaison with internal and external teams in relation to all operations encompassing meetings and schedules on a global basis
  • Accountable for all foreign travel arrangements for the team
  • Creating executive level reports by sourcing, collating and presenting information to an outstanding standard
  • Accountability as frequent first point of contact from a Business Operations perspective
  • To be a central point of contact in the office for the team, communicating clearly to ensure that information is shared among the team
  • Ensuring all documentation is prepared in line with project deadlines
  • Ensuring all communication sent from the team is clear and concise, that all meetings are confirmed, and written material is prepared in a professional and timely manner
  • Responsible for running multiple projects at one time ensuring the process is smooth and efficient
  • Continuously seeking and reviewing ways and means to improve the service provided
  • Assisting with research as required


  • A background in recruitment, PA, Senior Admin, EA or Project Co-ordination
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong IT skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Highly customer orientated
  • Ability to work independently proactively with confidence
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • A flexible approach to hours when working to deadlines, and across time zones (standard office hours are 9 - 6 Monday to Friday but occasional extra hours may need to be worked)
