Fantastic opportunity to join a reputable and well established pharmaceutical company based close to Maidenhead. We are seeking candidates with strong administration and Microsoft Excel skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Authorising and checking expense claims on the CRM system

Maintaining and updating CRM database

Diary and travel management

Coordinating meetings

Confirming attendances

Preparation of meeting materials

Providing support for training events

Any other admin tasks where required



Key Skills:

Educated to A-Level standard

Ability to work to strict time frames and meet tight deadlines

Strong attention to detail

Strong organisational skills

Exceptional planning skills

Strong knowledge of compliance and following procedures

Commercial awareness

Proactive approach

Highly organised




Self motivated and enjoys working on own initiative
