Our client are one of the longest established medico-legal companies. Based in Windsor, they are currently recruiting for 2 Case Handlers to join their busy team. In this role you are required to provide the highest standard on Customer Service to the clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Corresponding with solicitors, claimants and medical experts via letter and email
  • General administration such as issuing appointments
  • Data-entry
  • Diary Work
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Making outgoing calls
  • Instructing doctors to produce independent medical reports
  • Arranging medical tests/investigations as required

  • Freindly and able to work well within a team
  • Good Communication skills, both written and verbal (English Language - Grade C or above)
