Client Success Administrator - 6 month FTC

£18,500 per annum pro rata

8.30am - 6pm

Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is looking for a self-motivated, driven and positive Client Success Administrator to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract

The Client Success Administrator will be responsible for delivering a fantastic customer experience to resolve customer account queries. Working closely with the team and the warehouse to ensure all goods and services are processed correctly. You will also maintain and expand relationships with important clients/customers.

Duties include

  • Account support
  • Create and communicate relevant sales reports
  • Provide solutions to customer queries
  • Manage back orders and ensure clients are aware of any stock issues
  • Daily interaction with customers via phone/email
