Our client, a vibrant and innovative company to work for in the gifts and events industry, is looking for a Client Support Executive to join their friendly Partnership team, who manage all the supplier relationships.

Our client offers a great working environment, good benefits and a salary of £18k - £20k depending on experience.

We are looking for someone with office administration experience looking to take on a more challenging role. Attention to detail, accuracy and strong communication skills are essential.

Key responsibilities:
Organise and administer all product related documentation within the Partnerships team.
* Identify any gaps in specification that would delay progress through the product cycle and to liaise with the Partnership Managers and suppliers to eliminate the gaps
* Progress product through the Buying stage of the product cycle in line with agreed planning schedules and specific campaigns
* Liaising with Partners in order to obtain copy approval and making appropriate copy amends.
* Review product specification and marketing collateral at the end of the product set up cycle, and prior to release to market
* Assist in handling and resolving any invoice or payment queries arising from contractual or pricing errors or misunderstandings
* Update the Supplier Database
* Provide full cover and assist the Senior Product Data Executive on a daily basis, including product and price amendments, product set up, and product removals
* Collaborate with the Finance Department to complete the self-billing roll out, sending self-billing invitations to Partners, encouraging them to sign-up and ensuring that the self-billing spreadsheet is kept up to date
* Manage contract and pricing templates on the E-sign portal, amending contract where required by specific Partners and answering queries regarding the terms and conditions within the contract.
* Manage queries and update incomplete information or correct prices if need be

Key skills required:
* A highly organised individual
* Proactive team-player with a hands-on approach
* Able to work confidently and accurately on own initiative
* Excellent standards of written and clear verbal communication
* Accurate data input experience within a fast-paced environment
* Competent using Microsoft packages including Office and Excel
