Our client, an award winning company in Marlow, has an exciting opportunity for a Client Support Executive to join their dynamic team.

This is a client facing role, working closely with their client base and providing support in using and administering their suite of products and associated systems plus providing support to the sales consultants out in the field.

The Client Support Executive is a crucial client-facing role which requires the highest levels of professionalism at all times. They represent the brand and have immediate impact on relationships with clients.

Main responsibilities:

  • Accountable for end-to-end delivery of client activities and projects, including administering assessments, delivering presentations and workshops, report writing and follow-up activities
  • Proactively partner with Sales Consultants to support the development of clients managed by them
  • Attend and support Company events and networking activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide product expertise in discovery and review meetings
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal clients and stakeholders - Sales Management, Field and Inside Sales, Psychology, Marketing, L&D
  • Ensure the CRM system is maintained in accordance with business reporting requirements
  • Provide specialist knowledge and skills to support the strategic development of the business
