A global leader based near Maidenhead seeks a Commercial Administrator to provide support across the IT Department of their Head Quarters.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for a graduate with some office experience to learn how an international IT environment works!

Salary £26,000 - £28,000 dependant on experience

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Departmental administrative duties such as mail collection, meeting administration, travel arrangements, logging sickness & leave and supporting meetings
  • Raise Purchase Requisitions, new supplier documentation
  • Maintain and manage the induction process for new starters and project contract staff using Workday system
  • Maintain departmental timesheet system
  • Arrange IT Conferences and team building events
  • Taking ownership of the commercial process and initiating improvements
  • Billing (including quotes processing and register)
  • Revenue summary and forecasting
  • Salesforce Administration including managing contracts database
  • Cost Analysis and Budget Management including Charging calculations, Yearly Budget preparation and input, Mid Term Review and Monthly Accruals
  • Support ongoing training

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong IT skills
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel, in particular use of pivot tables and VLOOKUP's beneficial
  • Previous office experience
  • Financial and accounting acumen
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must have excellent communication and administration skills
  • Exposure to SAP/Salesforce/Business Warehouse beneficial
