Our client are a fantastic organisation, who are currently going through a period of growth and are anticipating the business doubling in size over the next year.They are currently recruiting for a an experienced Administrator who will ideally be local to Windsor.

Key responsibilities:
- Raising lease contracts
- Chasing customers for signed contracts
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure equipment delivery
- Liasing with funders to ensure contracts are funded once equipment is delivered
- Liaising with the sales team to prioritize deals and resolve customer queries
- Maintaining CRM System to record all actions
- Forecasting weekly contracts expected back weekly and monthly
- Maintaining contracts that need to be archived

Key skills:
- Excellant Administration experience
- Excellant Customer Service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Word/Excel and Outlook
