Our client, a large and vibrant company based in Marlow often voted one of the best companies to work for in the UK, is looking for a pro active and highly organised person to join them.

This is an exciting, brand new role and a great time to join one of the fastest growing and most successful business units within the company.

The successful person will be managing the contract database, identifying upcoming renewals and working with the team to process these and drive renewal business.

£22,000 - £24,000 plus up to £500 per quarter plus excellent benefits.

Duties include
* Help with the continued growth and success of the Support Solutions business unit
* Maintain accurate records on the database and retire expired contracts
* Understand why renewals have been lost and be able to report this back to the business in a meaningful way
* Use partner metric reports and the database to identify upcoming renewals and alert Specialists of these at the beginning of each quarter
* Manage the renewals and keep reports up to date
* Report status of renewals on a monthly basis to management
* Establish patterns of behaviour to help drive renewal number within various teams across the business

Skills/Experience
* Experience in a similar role would be ideal
* Excellent communication skills
* Detail orientated, proactive and highly organised
* Able to interpret data
* Confident, enthusiastic, able to build relationships with clients and colleagues
