A unique opportunity has opened in one of the fasting growing sectors in IT to join a business that will enable you to achieve your potential and grow as the organisation grows!

As a Contracts Assistant, you will be working alongside the Contracts Manager to help resource and place suitable candidates for a variety of contract positions

Location: Maidenhead

Salary: £18,000 - £23,000 + Commission

Your duties will include:

  • Developing new relationships and expand existing relationships with candidates and clients
  • Client and Candidate Calling
  • Client and Candidate Meetings
  • Supporting the existing business and key accounts through the sourcing of exceptional candidates
  • To work with the Finance Team to answer any pay roll queries
  • To consistently speak with contractors to ensure they are enjoying their work and providing the best service to our clients

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • Minimum 1-2 years recruitment/Admin experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to produce a plan and achieve the outcomes set out
  • Ability to answer queries quickly and effectively
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of people
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • A team player with a "Can Do" attitude and a competitive nature
  • A target driven mind-set
  • Pragmatic Approach
  • Good Values and Ethics
  • An understanding of IT and Technology (Ideally Security, though not essential)
  • Solid Business and Commercial Acumen (B2B, B2C)
