Our client is seeking a hardworking and methodical Contracts Coordinator to join their busy team.

An interest in Construction is advantageous.

Starting salary is £25,000 depending on experience, with the potential to increase based on performance.

Job Profile:

  • Supporting the Contracts Manager with planning future jobs and daily admin tasks.
  • Answering general queries via telephone and email inbox.
  • Filing all works paperwork.
  • Monitoring sub-contractors - confirming dates and all prepared for jobs.
  • Sourcing prices, availability and booking for equipment and transport.
  • Liaising with the factory/warehouse in relation to tanker transport and material requirements.
  • Managing the office and site health and safety admin.
  • Liaising with site managers.
  • Based in central Wokingham.

Skills & Person Profile:

  • Training will be provided but candidates must have a 'can do' attitude and have a willingness to learn.
  • Working in a fast paced environment where workloads fluctuate and change quickly, so you must be able to prioritise, multi-task and be adaptable.
  • Polite and articulate telephone manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Good attention to detail.
