Corporate Receptionist

A fantastic opportunity working as Front of House Receptionist for a prestigious company based in modern offices in central Windsor. You will be responsible for the overall management of reception and support the team with various administration duties. Knowledge and experience of SAP would be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of call for all visitors, booking transport where necessary
  • Answering the main telephone line, organising meeting rooms
  • General management of reception area
  • Checking staff expenses using SAP

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in a busy front of house / reception / administration role
  • Able to work well independently
  • Punctual, organised and motivated to help visitors and staff
  • Experience using MS Excel and SAP advantageous
