Are you looking for an exciting opportunity with huge development opportunities? Our client in Maidenhead is rapidly growing and looking for an experienced Credit Controller to grow with the business

  • Salary up to £27K + benefits including reward program, office perks
  • Full Time
  • 9-5 with half hour lunch
  • 25 days holiday

As the Credit Controller, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring timely payment of debt
  • Checking and posting receipts to accounting system
  • Reconciling customer accounts and resolving any queries and disputed invoices
  • Setting up new customers
  • Credit checking via Experian new customers and periodically existing customers
  • Providing Finance Director with aged debt reports and bad debit analysis
  • Providing administrative support to the team, predominantly checking orders
  • Responsible for managing the Returns Process

Skills, Experience and Attributes:

  • Outstanding attention to detail with an ability to reconcile complex accounts
  • Excellent IT, especially Excel
  • Accurate, efficient and organised with the ability to prioritise tasks as needed
  • Knowledge and experience of accountancy software
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Professional, confident and diplomatic when liaising with others
  • Possible qualification of CICM
