Our client, a leading luxury brand based in beautiful offices near Henley on Thames, is looking for a CRM Manager to maximise the most out of marketing opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing or a similar role and be educated to degree level.

Our client currently uses Dynamics as their CRM system, but will shortly be moving over to Priority.

Key responsibilities:
* Creating CRM strategies to ensure customer loyalty and retention
* Maintaining and improving the current CRM System
* Analysing and Mapping the customer journey to maximise opportunities
* Be the 'go to' person for all CRM queries throughout all departments
* Collaborating with the Marketing team to ensure the database is in line with marketing activities
* Data analysis of marketing activities

Key skills
* Extensive experience in a similar position or direct digital marketing experience
* Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
* A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organisation
* To have a natural ability for data
