Customer Account Analyst - great role for graduate!

Our client, an international FMCG company encompassing some of our most well known brands, is looking to recruit a dynamic and energetic graduate to join their supply chain/distribution team.

Our client is looking for someone to deliver outstanding customer service to all clients in the supply chain through effective order management and the development of trusting relationships. The successful candidate will be in charge of up to 80 customer accounts so ability to prioritise your workload is important.

Duties include

Process customer's orders with a high level of accuracy, managing the information flow related to the processing of those orders, requests for returns and credit notes

Maintain accurate customer profiles and procedure manuals on Share-point.

Responsible for maintaining your customer's product/material code file. Updating SAP with changes and ensuring that the customer is aware of the change and places their orders using the correct code

Ensure customers are regularly informed regarding issues of product availability

Senior team members will run reports throughout each day to check the status of orders and credits processed. It will be your responsibility to communicate issues and update your orders within the agreed time-frame

Skills Profile

Graduate level or equivalent, (desirable)

Experience of working with cross functional teams in a commercial environment for e.g. sales, demand planning, and finance

A proven track record in providing high levels of customer service

Experience and knowledge of SAP systems (an advantage)

Highly developed IT skills and proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Solid analytical skills together with a high attention to detail

Tenacity and problem solving skills

Person Profile

Customer focus and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Good communicator and diplomat

Excellent telephone manner

Highly organised with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines

Ability to work on own initiative
