Customer and Field Support Event Coordinator

The purpose of the Customer and Field Support Coordinator is to take on responsibility for the running of education courses. Based on the outskirts of Wokingham; a car will be essential.

We are specifically looking for someone who is competent with different digital platforms and be skilled with budget management. Must have previous experience of managing training courses.

Key Responsibilities:

· Management of logistics for attendees and trainers attending courses
· Provide administration support for the manager
· Ensure the smooth running of the courses and be the main contact
· Ensure all technology is functioning and be able to trouble shoot if required
· Source new promotional materials and liaise with agencies where necessary
· Manage budget and POs and make sure all financials are in order

Skills Profile:

Previous experience in organising courses
Fluency in English
Strong organisational skills
Excellent ability in using learning management systems, eCRM systems and virtual conference platforms
Confident to manage courses and budgets unaided
Ability to solve unforeseen problems alone and be quick to offer a resolution
