Customer Care Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Recording customer orders and enquiries and communication to the correct internal team
  • Correspondence with client (written and spoken) surrounding orders
  • Providing price quotations for customers
  • Recording complaints to analyse trends and measure response times
  • Assisting with root cause analysis of complaints

Key Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years' administrative experience, preferably in a Customer Care role or similar
  • Knowledge of French or German to A level proficiency or above essential
  • Experience using Microsoft office (Word and Excel in particular)
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Excellent prioritization skills
