Customer Sales Advisor

  • Customer Sales Advisor required - 40 hours per week across 7 days
  • Must be able to work every other weekend and bank holidays covering shifts between 8.30am - 6pm
  • Competitive salary (£9.74/hour) + excellent bonus scheme

Key duties to include:

  • Selling space to customers via phone, email and face to face ensuring they have all the relevant information to make informed decisions about their needs - always emphasising the features and benefits
  • Managing day to day tasks and prioritising workloads: dealing with new enquiries, completing contracts and chasing payment from customers
  • Cleaning and general maintenance of the site to ensure health and safety standards are always adhered to
  • Coming up with new marketing ideas and occasionally presenting to local shops, businesses and local events
  • Reconciling cash, credit and debit card payments. Managing cash float on a daily basis
  • Upselling where appropriate

Key skills & attributes required:

  • Must have previous sales, customer service or administration skills
  • A friendly, helpful and engaging nature is essential to build rapport with new customers
  • A can do attitude and the ability to be self-motivated and prioritise own workload
