Our client, a worldwide organisation based in High Wycombe, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

The role of the Customer Service Administrator is to track the timely receipt of Service Engineer's work reports to ensure that any required actions are notified to the appropriate person and that each report is invoiced in accordance with the rates applicable to the type of work carried out.

Duties include

Engineer Work Reports

  • Actions advised by the Service Engineer on the work report are identified and the appropriate person(s) are advised via a copy of the work report or by email
  • The appropriate labour rate according to the type of work carried out and the level of service contract cover applicable to the equipment involved is determined
  • Action of back office comments that have been sent in by the Service Engineer

Invoicing

  • Invoicing of the work reports including all relevant charges for labour and parts/consumables in accordance with current rates
  • Administration
  • All orders and documentation filed electronically and within the agreed timescales

Quality Assurance & Procedures

  • QA procedures are reviewed on a regular basis with Customer Service Administration Manager

Skills/Experience

  • Previous work within a customer service environment (essential)
  • Experience of call handling (essential)
  • Computer literate (essential)
  • Good communicator with both internal and external customers
  • Approachable, helpful, calm, assertive & flexible
  • Able to forge strong customer relationships
  • Self motivated
  • Able to manage workload and meet targets/deadlines
