Customer Service Administrator - growing company!

Our client is looking for a Scheduler/Customer Service Advisor to join their busy department.

They offer an excellent salary of between £25k and £26k dep on experience plus benefits.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to multitask/prioritise and remain calm under pressure.

Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17:00 with an hour for lunch

Holiday - 22 days per year to start, increases to 25 days after 3 years of service

Benefits: After completion of probation period (3 months) pension and private healthcare. Parking - On site free

Main Responsibilities

  • Assisting major key account customers with enquiries via telephone, email and letter
  • Following job pipeline from open calls through to invoicing within service management system
  • Arranging planned maintenance and works by liaising with customers and engineers
  • Working under pressure to handle and allocate callouts
  • Providing updates on customer service management online portal
  • Maintain accurate records for all contract related documentation
  • Liaise with subcontractors and internal departments as required
  • Creating after service quotations
  • Processing of sales orders within service management system and customer online portal
  • Maintaining customer database

Requirements

  • Due to the busy nature of the role candidates must be able to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Clear and accurate communication skills
  • Experience of diary management and geographical UK knowledge preferable
  • Excellent IT skills juggling multiple platforms.
  • Proven record of building relationships with key customers
  • Flexible within job role and be able to approach all tasks confidently
