Our client, a non for profit organisation based in Princes Risborough, is looking for a bright, motivated and customer focused individual to join the Customer Service Team for an initial 3 month contract.

Reporting to the Services Delivery Team Leader, this person is responsible for providing a high quality and effective administration.

Experience working within a high quality and busy customer service environment is essential along with a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM databases. The successful applicant will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service skills and the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines and customers' expectations. A high degree of accuracy is also required for this role.

Some of the responsibilities

  • Apply robust operating procedures for the administration of qualifications, both in the UK and overseas, including the establishment of examination and certification events, the issuing of results of examinations and assessment and the handling of feedback requests.
  • Archive qualification-related documentation
  • Provide accurate front-line information on all qualifications and related services in response to queries via e-mail, fax and phone from prospective candidates and other interested parties
  • Provide administrative support to Qualifications Team Leader
  • Provide consistently high levels of customer service, ensuring that internal and external service level agreements are always achieved
  • Ad-hoc projects

Skill Profile

  • Work experience within a customer services role, providing a high level of customer service, ideally in a busy customer services environment
  • A good working knowledge of office IT software, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of maintaining databases
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good relationship building skills
