We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to work in a busy marketing department. To start ASAP and will continue until Christmas 2018.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer service admin duties - answering customer calls and assisting with general queries.
  • Requires an excellent telephone manner.
  • Basic marketing admin duties.
  • Based in Winnersh Triangle with parking.
  • To start ASAP until Christmas 2018.

Key Skills

  • Excellent and clear telephone manner.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred.
