Our client are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join them on a temporary basis until the end of the year. This is a full time temp role with the potential to go permanent later on down the line.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respondig to requests from the sales team
- Resolving customer issues and enquiries
- Managing customer orders and ensuring correct delivery dates
- Answering and transferring calls
- Arranging return shipments
- Assisting with exhibition arrangements
- Booking and coordinating meetings and travel
- Dealing with post and stationary requests

Key Skills:
- Experience using SAP would be highly beneficial
- Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience within a Customer Service/Admin role
- Ability to self-motivate and work well in a fast-paced environment
