Our client, based on the outskirts of Maidenhead, is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

This is a really varied role working in a really friendly environment. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Duties include
- dealing with phone enquiries and taking orders from customers
- processing orders and setting up customer details
- processing refunds for customers
- dealing with Amazon orders and transferring money via paypal

Skill/Experience
- good telephone manner
- IT literate
- team player
