Fantastic opportunity to join a lively and busy company in High Wycombe. Our client is looking for a confident and personable candidate to join their customer services team. The successful candidate will be a proactive quick learner and must be able to juggle several tasks at one time.

Building rapport with a wide range of clients, this role is NOT a call centre. It's a busy admin and client focused role with excellent opportunities.


Responsible for answering incoming phone calls from both internal and external customers, delivering excellent customer service

Responsible for managing one of our many customer service mailboxes, responding to customer service enquiries and ensuring a quick and relevant follow up is provided

Liaising with other teams within the business, providing information and support on all levels

Build rapport with field engineers and managers to easily aid support and resolution whilst out on the road

Provide admin support for major customer accounts. Take ownership of handling all daily enquires and requests

Handle customer complaints in accordance with company procedures

Actively promote products and services

Maintain internal tasks, ensuring all paperwork is sent in correctly and on time

Carry out best practice and actively seek for improved efficiencies

Assist with post, scanning and other Customer Service admin duties

Required Skills

Previous customer service experience is desired

The ability to multitask and manage workloads is essential

Ability to self-manage

Good communicator, who listens, provides empathy and demonstrates understanding

Good time management is a must

Highly computer literate, able to adapt to new systems quickly

A good working knowledge of both word and excel
