Customer Service Advisor

Customer Service Advisor : 12 month temporary contract

Working as part of a friendly and professional Customer Service team, ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled, including order creation, distribution planning, delivery execution an after service follow up.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring orders are processed accurately, timely and in line with SLA's
  • Daily contact with 3rd party distributors to ensure timely deliveries and planned returns from customer sites
  • Participate in the creation of SOP's and work instructions
  • Handling customer enquiries and delivery related queries
  • Resolving any issues with orders and queries

Skills and knowledge required:

Experience working in a similar customer focused environment , ideally within logistics

Good knowledge of MS Office

SAP preferred but not essential
