Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team at their Head Offices in Bracknell. This role will require someone with first class customer service skills. To start ASAP on a temp basis up until the end of February 2020.

Key Responsibilities:

* Responding to inbound enquiries from customers.
* Delivering an exceptional first-class service.
* General administrative duties - application processing and responding to customer emails.
* Providing advice and solutions to customer enquiries.
* Utilising a range of in-house computer applications.
* To start ASAP and will continue until the end of February 2020 - commitment for the entire length of the assignment is essential.
* Based in Bracknell - close to good public transport links.

Key Skills:

* Communicates confidently, clearly and concisely - orally and in writing.
* Ability to deal with people at all levels.
* Excellent telephone call handling skills including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport, matching and closing.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* IT literate - word processing, databases, spreadsheets, CRM software and web applications including emails.
