Customer Service Advisor

Working for a leading company in the property and land industry. Based in brand new, start of the art offices with an onsite café, great staff recreational facilities and parking.

You will be joining the Customer Services team and will be focussed on providing a very high standard of customer service delivery and acting as an ambassador for the company.

Job Profile:

  • Providing first line support to customers over the telephone and proactively monitoring the Help Desk email inbox.
  • Recognising opportunities to up sell and cross sell products where appropriate.
  • Managing the life cycle of customer orders, queries and problems.

Key Requirements

  • Highly organised, able to schedule own time and prioritise well.
  • Previous telephone-based customer service experience is essential.
  • Good PC skills - MS office essential.
  • Professional telephone manner.
