Customer Service Agent required for a well-established client in Maidenhead. The main purpose of the role is to answer all incoming calls within specified SLA's and KPI's ensuring all queries are answered efficiently and correctly. You must represent and uphold the values and professionalism of the company at all times.

Hours 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday

Salary c£17,000

Key duties:

  • Providing a polite and professional service to all callers
  • Monitoring call levels with company software
  • Providing updates to all callers and logging all details onto company system
  • Ensuring all callers answer in-house security questions
  • Sending documents to customers and clients as required
  • Making outgoing welcome calls to customers and clients as required
  • Reporting any process failures to Team Manager
  • Answering around 80 calls per day and ensuring all are answered within 60 seconds

Key skills & attributes required:

  • Must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain pleasant and polite with all customers at all times
  • A friendly and outgoing nature
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be confident on the phone
  • Must have good written communication skills as well as excellent IT skills
