Customer Service and Sales Advisor - retail industry

Our client, a successful and long running retail company with four branches across the country, is looking for a bright, intelligent, positive and enthusiastic person to join their team.

The role will involve dealing with customers face to face and over the phone, telephone answering, appointment booking, dealing with enquiries, invoicing, shipments, orders, retail appearance upkeep, teamwork and a variety of other responsibilities.

If you're looking to work with an extraordinary mix of people and an exciting range of products then this opening may be for you.

Tuesday to Friday 9am - 5pm, Saturday 10am - 2pm 

Required skills:

Computer literacy

Excellent phone manner

Top notch organisation

Fluent English

Good Health, some heavy lifting involved

A basic understanding of the body and or the spine is beneficial but not essential

Our client does need people who can work Saturdays - and would pay extra if someone could also work Sundays in future. If you have a passion for helping people, can stay calm and helpful throughout the working day and love good design, we'd love to hear from you.
