I am currently looking for an experience customer service assistant to work on a temporary basis for a lovely organisation based in Bracknell. The role will be for 8 weeks however this could be extended and due to the expansion of the company there could also be scope for a longer term permanent position.

The responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving inbound calls from customers
  • Updating the database with relevant information after each communication
  • Responding to customer emails
  • Sending information out to customers regularly via email

We are looking for someone with office based customer service experience to assist with a high volume of enquiries. There is a supportive and friendly team available to assist with the remote set up and training. The position will be home based for a time before eventually moving into the office so we do require someone who can commute to Bracknell daily.
