Customer Service Co-ordinator required for fast growing online furniture retailer serving UK and European markets.

This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday 9.30 - 5.30. Our client is offering a salary of between £18k and £22k plus bonus and benefits and 25% off any furniture items.

We are looking for someone customer focused with lots of initiative and able to work unsupervised and under pressure.

Duties include

  • Deal directly with customers through various mediums: telephone, email, live chat or face to face and through our customer service ticketing system
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer issues within company guidelines and policies
  • Record details of enquiries, comments and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Liaise with suppliers on customer related issues
  • Liaise with delivery partners
  • Manage the customer sample request process
  • Manage the finish samples stock

Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Good computer skills including Word and Excel
  • knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Excellent numerical and verbal communications skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
