Our client, who work on behalf of the UK's housing companies, is looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their team.

In this varied and busy role, the successful candidate will be co-ordinating for repairs to be carried out and delivering a 1st class service to the home owners.

Excellent interpersonal and team skills are required as you will be liaising regularly with tradesmen, suppliers, clients and sub contractors.

Duties include
- Making sure repairs are carried out in a timely manner
- Keeping the customer up to date
- Chasing up tradesmen and sub contractors
- Ordering parts and equipment
- Processing payments and invoices

The successful candidate will be highly organised, tenacious and have excellent customer service skills.
