Customer Service Coordinator (6 month FTC)

Our client are one of the most successful global FMCG's and an exciting opportunity has come up within their Customer Supply Team. They are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join them on a 6 month FTC with the intention that if you are successful in the role a permanent position could then be offered.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers
  • Deal with key customer contacts both on the telephone and in review meetings
  • Ensure products reach customers on time in full as requested
  • KPI targeted
  • Analyse and maintain healthy customer accounts
  • Review current processes and consider ways to improve the operation of accounts
  • Responsible for your customer order life cycle
  • Resolve customer queries
  • Participate in daily meetings
  • Work jointly with National Account Managers and Customer Supply Chain Managers

Key skills:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Ability to manage work load and prioritise tasks
  • Strong influencing and communication skills
  • Competent with PC tools and information systems with advanced knowledge of Excel
