Our client based in Maidenhead, a UK leader and the fastest growing U.S company in its field, is currently looking for a Customer Service & Office Coordinator to create a positive brand experience.


  • Resolving customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
  • Resolving product or service problems
  • Preparing monthly reports by collecting and analysing customer information to share with the management team
  • Manage large amounts of incoming emails
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Act as an office coordinator to ensure the office runs efficiently
