Our client, a well-known retail company with their HQ in Marlow, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team.

The successful candidate will be providing support to customers via telephone, emails and web chats.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take that first step into an office environment. We welcome applications from candidates working in retail, hospitality, etc

Monday – Friday, with occasional weekend working and days off in the week will be given in lieu.

Any day worked on a Saturday or Sunday can be worked from home!

Duties include

  • Answering queries and resolving issues for customers
  • Providing tailored solutions to customers
  • Taking ownership of customer escalations
  • Monitoring customer feedback
  • Completing admin tasks


  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Calm and able to work under pressure
  • IT literate
  • Able to problem solve
  • Excellent team worker
