Customer Service Executive - 6 Month Contract

Our client are a world leading manufacturer of healthcare products and services, and are recruiting a Customer Service Executive to join their Maidenhead office on a 6 month contract. Applicants must have had experience using SAP along with a strong background in customer service and administration.Key Responsibilities:* Processing orders and minimising claims due to order processing errors* Providing information to customers and the Sales team on product shortages, re-supply date and reason for supply issues* Communicating with the warehouse on order status/any spikes in workload etc to minimize disruption* Managing customer complaints & queries and entering into SAP* Tracking and clear reporting of specified Customer service levels* Highlight and action master data issues with orders* Manage E-Mailbox & Telephones to answer queries* Run daily SAP reports* Act as cover / support when there are absences due to holidays / sickness.* Ensure order-processing compliance in line with Regulatory, Legal & Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. On a rota basis, provide customer service support on Saturday mornings.* On a rota basis, provide customer service support on Bank HolidaysKey Skills:* At least 3 years Customer Service experience* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written* Basic Excel skills* SAP experience* Educated to degree level* FMCG experience and analytical skills are beneficial
