Customer Service Executive - Graduate Role

Our client, a technology company based near Wokingham is looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to join their small but friendly team.

This position provides the opportunity for the right candidate to progress to an Account Manager position and develop/execute sales campaigns to attract and drive new business from existing/new accounts.

Salary: £18k - £23k Basic (£25K OTE) + 20 days leave per annum + Workplace pension scheme

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming telephone / email sales enquiries
  • Producing quotes for customers
  • Following up quotes with customers to order stage
  • Allocating major account opportunities to Account Managers

Key Skills:

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel)
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Educated to degree level
