Customer Service Executive - 12-month contract

Maidenhead with parking

Working for a global healthcare organisation based in Maidenhead. Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to deliver first class customer service to a UK and Irish customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing orders.
  • Providing information to customers and sales teams on product shortages and resupply dates.
  • Liaising with the warehouse on order status.
  • Handling customer complaints and queries.
  • Operating a SAP CRM system
  • Daily reason coding of order shortages.
  • Tracking, reporting and highlight any master data issues with orders to reduce later problems. Managing the customer service email inbox and telephones.
  • Daily SAP reports.

Key Skills

  • 3 years+ customer service experience.
  • SAP experience.
  • A good track record of strong customer focus and delivering first class customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic MS Excel skills.
  • Proven experience managing data and reports
