Our client are an established sales aid leasing business specialising in small ticket finance in the reprographics, telecoms, security and vending sectors (amongst others)

The Customer Service Team are responsible for all inbound customer queries either by phone or email.

Key responsibilities:
- Query management - internal requests
- Call handling from end users and suppliers
- Complaint handling and management
- 2nd checking lease document before activation

Key skills:
- GCSE in English and Maths minimum grade of C
- Ability to multi task
- A background in customer services is strongly preferable
- Ability to multi task
