We are currently recruiting for an exciting new role based in Farnborough. Our client requires a Customer Service Executive to join their team. This role offers plenty of career progression opportunities and it is an exciting time to join.

They're looking for someone who is confident with a can-do attitude to take on this varied role. You'll be involved in customer service, marketing, supporting the sales team and occasionally the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer account maintenance and administration
  • Pre and post sales/technical support to clients
  • Website walk-throughs
  • Handling in-bound calls, emails and live chat
  • Producing product quotations
  • Advising customers on products and licences
  • Meet and greeting visitors in reception
  • Preparing the conference rooms and arranging refreshments
  • Providing general administration support

Key skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive with a can-do attitude
  • Confident and positive
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a fantastic telephone manner
  • IT Literate
  • Previous experience in administration and customer service
