Customer Service Executive

Our client is looking for someone to join their customer service and sales department based in Marlow. To be successful in this role, you must come from a sales or a call centre background ideally.

Alternatively, we would welcome applications from candidates who have worked at John Lewis, Curry's or other retail stores that sell technical equipment.

This role is working 5 days out of 7 with Saturdays being worked on a rota basis. If Saturdays are worked then a day off in lieu is given.

Job Profile:
Establishing customers sales needs through effective questioning
Taking sales orders over the phone using the company process
Identifying cross sell 'add on opportunities' by analysing customer accounts and promoting features and benefits of relevant products and services
Providing relevant and tailored solutions to customers - enhancing customer experience and journey to develop the business brand
Working to defined targets including sales, conversion, service levels and company performance measures
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Answering queries and resolving issues for our customers, getting it right first time
Taking ownership of customer escalations resolving these in line with the defined processes and procedures
Feeding back any potential improvements which support our customers or our busines
Make outbound telephone calls to 3rd parties as required
Complete administrative tasks to support the calls
